What this website does with your data, in plain words.

This website sets no cookies and loads no scripts, fonts or pictures from other companies. Your browser keeps three small notes for the length of a visit: whether the opening animation has played, the page you came from (for the move between pages) and the reference of the link you arrived through. They are gone when you close the tab.

What you type in the contact form (your e-mail or number, your message and anything else you fill in) reaches our mailbox as an e-mail sent through Resend, a sending service. We use it to answer you and, if you order, for the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep it while we deal with your enquiry and an order that follows, and invoices as long as the law requires. If the e-mail cannot be sent, our hosting log notes that a message came, without your details.

When you tap a main action (write to us, call, WhatsApp, open a sample, change the language), the page sends a short note: which action, the page, the language and the reference of the link you came through. It holds nothing that identifies you and stays in our hosting log.

Vercel Inc. hosts this website. Like every server, it records the technical data of each request (address, browser, time) in its logs for operation and security, for a short time.

You can ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, object or take it with you. Write to kalis@shipfourteen.com. You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, dataprotection.gov.sk.
